At Incendio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided and secure it to the outside of your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand over your return package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
